Cenk's Training Diary


Cenk's is trying hard to get over the winter blues. Flu kept him out of training for the best part of July and so he took the shortcut and declared the 1st of August as the official start of training.

He is planning to train around 3 times a week in August, 4 in September and 5 in October. He loves combining the training which means a run back home after finishing swimming in the pool, or cyling and kayaking at the same day which is an ideal preparation for the adventure race.

He is hoping to cycle once a weekend and kayaking once a fortnight with the rest of the team. He loves the planning stage of training and is curious if he is also going to love the actual training or even going to train as much as he planned!
